The FITLIFE PROGRAMS are specifically designed to begin with a comprehensive Physical Diagnosis Evaluation. All evaluations are individually conducted by appointment only.
Athletic Enhancement: Power, Agility, Strength and Speed (PASS) are the four cornerstones of this program designed specifically for the leisure, amateur, high school, college or professional athlete. Progression of the four cornerstones will enhance performance to the next level and beyond.
LifeStyle Management: One of our most popular programs, this affords our clients the opportunity to achieve a physically fit life and maintain it. This program features user friendly exercise equipment, free weights, stretching and other conditioning methods conducted under the direct supervision of a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Weight Management: This clinical application is necessary to address body weight, body strength and functional issues. Fundamental to this program is an individual’s cardiovascular system, limb and joint flexibility, muscle strength, firming and conditioning, nutrition training, and lifestyle management.
Functional Training: This is prescribed for individuals who must strengthen specific body areas and overall physical fitness before and after surgery. Rehabilitation or post surgical exercise is prescribed for those who wish to continue training following physician-prescribed physical therapy. |
